Look at nature and you will not see any obesity in any species. You’ll see it in pet dogs in people’s back yards and many zoo animals. Any species including plants put on a non-native diet will, in various ways develop disease and thus have a shorter life span and problems. Most people in North America are not eating food as defined by Nature. They are eating food by-products and in some cases food substitutes developed by “man”.

Eating a raw food diet is the fastest way to lose weight, clean out the body, the arteries, reverse many diseases including cancer and so forth. However it is stressful to make such a change for most people…. and it costs more to eat fresh than out of bags, cans, bottles, boxes, and from fast food sources being produced by people on low wage incomes who are also trying to survive.

The more one stays away from denatured food the healthier they will tend to be. Weight comes off naturally just in the process of life itself and the body will try to fix itself in that process. Most people will eat until they are full. In nature animals don’t eat until they are full, but only until they have met their nutritional need. On a healthier diet people will start to eat until they meet their nutritional need and not until they are full. Not meeting their nutritional need they have a tendency to snack only to get full again…. and on and on gaining weight. This typically happens with animals in zoos on a veterinarian diet and not on their native diet, or with people’s pets.

In nature there are no such things as calories, proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, etc. These are examples of labels or names of what is perceived as the parts believed to make up the form being described. Nature does not make things out of parts or use formulas. No two qualities are the same anywhere in the creative process. Only man describes natural qualities as being formulated and made up from parts. So, man made-things such as “food” are actually inventions and not creations and there is a price for relying on anything man-made (modified) and consumed. What is it the body needs that was left out or destroyed in what we eventually consume believing it would meet our needs?

Probably, the most useless man-made by-products are denatured carbohydrates such as white sugar and white flour and items that contain them. Diabetes is the most prevalent example of a side effect of such a diet, though there are many more side effects also produced and not mentioned here.

The question to ask one self is “Do I trust Nature more than man or man more than Nature?”

As Nature created everything that has existence and man is using some of it to invent things… what conclusions can be reached by such an adventure?
